The buyer is obligated to inspect the goods for any visible defects promptly upon receipt. Any complaints regarding visible defects must be reported immediately. In the absence of such a complaint, the goods will be considered accepted as received. As our products are meticulously and individually handcrafted, the warranty is applicable solely until the items are successfully delivered to and received by the customer. Any grievances or claims regarding the condition or quality of the products must be formally communicated via email within a maximum allowable period of 14 days from the date of receipt. To ensure a thorough evaluation, all claims must be accompanied by comprehensive supporting documentation, including high-resolution photographs, detailed video recordings, or any other relevant evidence. Claims submitted without the required evidence will not be accepted or processed. Any claim submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.
Approved claims or replacements will be deducted from the subsequent invoice. Please note that refunds or direct transfers are not available.
